Stirred Egg Custard

This sounds absolutely decadent!  I think that I can create a dairy free option by using silken tofu instead of the milk, but I wonder what boiling would do to the tofu or whether or not I even need to cook it?  I will update when I try this recipe for mysef!  Get the recipe for yourself here.
