Strawberry and Honey Sorbet

Not only is this frozen treat free of dairy, refined sugar and guilt, but it has delicious liquor in!  Personally I luuuuurve triple sec for anything fruit based so I’m using triple sec instead of the recommended vodka.  Triple Sec is also good if you add a splash to your scrambled egg with some orange zest, but don’t worry, the alcohol will cook out unless you add too much.  Get The Kitchn’s recipe here and start enjoying your summer!

    I love adding kirsch to strawberry sorbet; the cherry flavor really complements the strawberries, especially not-very-sweet early strawberries.
