Coconut Tapioca Pudding with Smoked Sesame Seeds

Hooray for having vegan options available and also for coconut milk based desserts!  I’ve never thought of adding smoked or toasted sesame seeds to a pudding before, but I bet they’ll add a hint of nuttiness that will bring the sweet to a more even keel (^_^) mmmmmm.  Click here for The Kitchn’s recipe.
