I’m not sure if it’s the change in the weather, the onslaught of new pollens, or the effects of being exposed to the sun for longer periods of time during the day, but I’m exhausted more often than usual lately! I don’t know about you, but after my third cup I just don’t want any more coffee or black tea and those energy drinks are out of the question since they make me nauseous!
