Who doesn’t love Mexican? Raise your hands and then be prepared not to receive a holiday card from me! Haha, just kidding,we all know my specialty is Indian food! Anyway, Sweets loves Mexican and so that kind of means that I love Mexican now, or at least that I’ve developed a love for it out of a desire to not be a Picky Peggy. Enchiladas are one of my favs, especially since I’ve kind of burritoed myself out over the last couple of years, and ranch dressing is another one of those things I rarely have and love.
